Prom 2024 - Year 11 and 13prom

This week, Rossett School proudly bid farewell to its Year 11 and Year 13 leavers with two unforgettable evenings of celebration. Both events were marked by joyous festivities, including dancing, photo booths, and sweet stands, creating an atmosphere of merriment and camaraderie.

A highlight of the Year 11 Prom on Wednesday was a special performance by former student Leah Waddington, who captivated the audience with her Ibiza Sax music, adding a unique and memorable touch to the night.

The celebrations served as a tribute to the students' numerous achievements throughout their time at Rossett. Their dedication, hard work, and personal growth have been truly commendable, and the events provided a fitting send-off as they prepare to embark on the next chapters of their lives.

Rossett School extends its heartfelt best wishes to all departing students, confident that their futures will be bright and filled with success. The school community looks forward to hearing about their future accomplishments and is proud to have been part of their educational journey.

A note from Head of Year 11 Miss Mooney - "This was the last time this year group will be together, and we couldn't be prouder of them. We wish them all good luck with the next chapters of their education route and look forward to seeing them all for results day in August."Picture2

Student MagazineLanguage Club

Our Languages Club is proud to present the inaugural issue of its magazine, "La Vie/Vida de Rossett." The dedication and enthusiasm of our students have greatly impressed the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teachers as they delved into researching diverse cultural events spanning fashion, cuisine, and music.

To celebrate this achievement, the students organized a European café, offering an array of exquisite French and Spanish delicacies. Additionally, they conducted insightful interviews with Rossett teachers in either Spanish or French, showcasing remarkable communication skills from both the students and the teachers.

We invite you to explore these captivating interviews and more by reading the magazine. Discover the rich cultural explorations and creative endeavours of our talented students.
