Year 13 Graduation Ceremony
Last night our ‘Class of 2024’ Year 13 students graduated from Rossett School Sixth Form. The Graduation ceremony was a formal celebration of our students’ achievements at Rossett School. The evening was opened with speeches from the Headteacher , Mr Milburn, and Head of Sixth Form, Mr Keyworth. This was followed by the formal graduation ceremony where all students received their graduation certificates.
Awards were handed out from each faculty, along with the highly coveted Rossett Sixth Form ‘Achievement Award’ which was won by Patrick Fleming, and the Rossett Sixth Form Community Award, which was won by Matthew Holleran. Fantastic musical recitals were performed by Nadia Othman, Patrick Fleming and Eva Bailey and there were two keynote speakers, Simon Clifford and Gary Mercer. Congratulations to everyone involved - we wish you well in your exams and look forward to hearing of your successes on results day.

Uniform Expectations
Now we are finally seeing some warmer weather, we would like all students to feel comfortable during their studies and have made the following seasonal changes to our school uniform policy from Monday:
Students have the option of wearing a tie
- If they choose to wear a tie, their top button must be done-up and shirts must be tucked in to trousers/skirts.
- If they do not wear a tie, they can have their top button only undone and shirts must be tucked in to trousers/skirts.
Students have the option of wearing a blazer
- However, if they are cold they must wear their blazer and not a school jumper or hoodie.
Summer Rewards Trips Deadline
A further reminder that we are running some end of term rewards trips in the last week of term. This year students can choose between two options: a day trip to Flamingo land theme park and zoo, or a local trip to Odeon Cinema with afternoon activities in school. Please confirm your child's place on the trip by making payment by the final deadline of 19th May
