Our students will walk a 12km route that takes us into the local countryside, past Harlow Carr Gardens and through Valley Gardens, all while raising money for two fantastic causes:
The Sibling Group is our chosen charity this year and is an amazing organisation providing support, connection and understanding for siblings of children with additional needs. The Sibling Group also runs Oscar's Pathway, a sensory-based day centre for adults with complex autism, learning disabilities, and communication needs. From 1st July 2026, Oscar's Pathway will be based in Rossett's own Hunter block!
On the day of the walk, our students will be wearing their Rossett red PE shirts and hoodies to represent Rossett with pride.
We will be rewarding students and form groups for the highest fundraising!
We also invite parents, carers or family members who run local businesses to get involved through event sponsorship. In return, we'll feature your business on our school website and social media pages. Please get in touch if you are able to support us.
We're looking forward to another great day for our whole school community!
