Just 2 weeks to go until our Sponsored Walk! To help everyone prepare, we've put together some top tips for making the most of the day...
We hope our students are busy collecting sponsorship from family, friends and neighbours as we count down to the big day!
Don't miss your chance to meet Audrey II. Join us next week on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd July for our production of Little Shop of Horrors. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start and tickets are available on Arbor.
A big thank you to Ashville College who are kindly giving us access to their car park on both nights. We would encourage audience members to park there where possible.
The cast have been working incredibly hard and we can't wait, it's going to be fang-tastic!!


Next Friday, 3rd July, is a staff development day and school will be closed to all students.
Our Year 11 students had a fantastic time at their prom on Wednesday night. It was lovely to see them as they arrived, dressed to impress. They behaved impeccably and literally danced the night away!
We wish them all the very best as they head into the wider world and can't wait to see them on Results Day on Thursday 20th August.

A big thank you to all of our new families who joined us for Sports Morning on Saturday. It was a fantastic morning and our new students threw themselves into every activity with lots of enthusiasm!
Well done to the students who won a goodie bag for demonstrating the Rossett 5Rs throughout the morning, chosen by our Sports Leaders.
We look forward to seeing everyone again at our upcoming induction days on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th July.

The weather forecast for next week suggests a return to more typical summer temperatures. As such, our uniform expectations will also return to our standard summer uniform. The following uniform options are available for the remainder of the summer term:

A big thank you to Spear of the Gods for supporting our trampolining club, they have sponsored the club for a full term, funding a trampoline coach so we can continue providing this (very popular!) club for our students.
Our very own Mrs Tschida is running a brand new summer holiday club with Atlas Arts, twice a week for secondary aged pupils. The sessions are available for free if your family receives FEAST vouchers.
Mondays 4pm to 8pm at Bilton Health and Wellbeing Hub, Bilton Lane
Thursdays 4pm to 8pm at Jennyfield Styan Community Hub (opposite Co-op)

All our students and their families are invited to take part in Mind's Go Bright Fun Run, a relaxed, colourful 5K event taking place at 9am on Sunday 19th July at the Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden.
Tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £12 for children and free for under 5s. Team tickets are also available. To celebrate the end of the school year, Mind is offering 25% off with the code: SCHOOLS
The North Yorkshire Outdoor Learning Service have planned a fun-filled, action-packed programme to help keep young people active, build new skills and enjoy the great outdoors throughout the school holidays. From Adventure Club and skills courses to Family Activity Days, there’s something for everyone.
