Thank you to everyone who has donated to our minibus fundraiser so far. We still have a long way to go and would appreciate every donation, big or small.

Every day this week, Marshall from The Sibling Group, our chosen charity for this year, has been visiting each year group during their assemblies.
He's been sharing more about the amazing work The Sibling Group does, how they support families and how the money we raise will make a difference.

Our next Family Support Workshop will take place on Friday 6th February at 2pm here in school.
Please come along for a coffee and a chat to find out more about how we support our students and to meet the staff who work closely with our families, including the lovely Mrs Ashman and Mrs Grimshaw.

This week the Careers Bulletin focuses on applying to college as a post-16 option. This guidance is not only useful for parents and carers of students in Year 11 but for all parents and carers who would like to understand what the application process will look like for their child if they would like to apply in the future. Don't forget, all students in year 11 can drop into the careers office in the Blue Dining Hall any lunchtime Monday - Thursday if they would like help with their application/s.
Well done to our Year 7 and 8 netball teams.
They played against St Aidan's this week and both teams won their matches showing great resilience and teamwork.
Well done to all the students who received a Headteacher's Award this week.
These students have been nominated by members of staff for exemplifying Rossett School's 5Rs culture of learning:

We will be celebrating Allies Week to support the LGBTQ+ community in the week commencing Monday 26th January. During the week, students will have the opportunity to take part in a short video by filming a message of support. There will also be activities during form time to raise awareness.
We are allies!
