Our Team

We have a strong Senior Leadership Team comprising Headteacher, Deputy Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers and a Business and Operations Manager. Each year group has an Achievement & Progress Leader (Head of Year) and a Pastoral Manager.

The Pastoral Manager’s main role is to help students overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential at school. Pastoral Managers will work with students on a one to one basis. Our aim is to build a co-operative link between home and school.
