Shantelle Williams

Shantelle initially became associated with Rossett in 2023 as a volunteer Enterprise Advisor. She has over 20 years’ experience in project and programme management, transformation, organisational development, strategic management and leadership she has worked with the NHS, local government and in higher education.

Shantelle currently works in business transformation, is a charity board trustee and serves as a mentor to small and medium sized businesses. She brings a strong background in governance, workforce planning and assurance. She is committed to ensuring staff are well supported and that they deliver the best possible outcomes for pupils.

Rossett plays a vital role in the local community, and she is proud to contribute to its continued success.
