The Rotary Young Chef Competition gives entrants the chance to develop their culinary skills and be judged by leading industry professionals. This morning, following an intense 'cook off' judged by Mr Milburn, Hannah Scurrah and Ammarah Kaleem were selected to represent Rossett School and continue on to the next stage of the competition. The students had to plan and cook a two-course meal, developing their food presentation skills and dealing with high-pressure situations. Well done also Megan Saville who qualifies as our reserve contestant. Mr Milburn said: "It was a joy to sample all of the culinary delights that were served up but extra special mention to our winners who perfectly blended skill, creativity and taste in their dishes".
