This week our Year 12 English Literature students had a long but exciting day trip to see the thrilling RSC production of The Duchess of Malfi at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a really useful day out to cement their learning of a key text and introduce them to their Shakespeare studies for Year 13 – they also managed to fit in a quick tour of Shakespeare’s house whilst they were in the Cotswolds.
