Rossett runs a variety of school trips to provide teaching and learning or enrichment experiences for our students that take place throughout the year including the major trips listed as well as trips to the theatre, Geography field trips and we also run the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme.
This is open to Year 9 students only and takes place on an annual basis. The exchange commences with our students visiting Maine for two weeks during October and the American students visit Harrogate for two weeks the following Easter.
This is an annual trip open to all Year 7 students and takes place for a week each February.
This is open to students in Years 8-11. This is a Biennial exchange and our students will visit Japan in February 2017.
History Trip to Ypres & The Somme
This trip is open to GCSE History students and runs on a biennial basis during October half term alternating with the Geography trip. The next visit will take place in October 2017.
This trip takes place on a biennial basis and is open to students in Years 8&9.
The tour gives our school teams the opportunity to compete against schools from a different area of the country as well as participating in a range of adventure activities. The next tour takes place in April 2018.
These trips take place biennially in July (alternating with the Music Tour) and are open to GCSE students studying French or Spanish. The next trips will take place in July 2017.
