Adult Education Courses Through Extended Schools

Welcome to Rossett Extended Schools where we have a long tradition of providing adult education programmes and lectures to our local community. Our aim is to provide you with a high-quality, well-planned, personalised service tailored to match your interests, lifestyle and learning preferences.

Most courses and lectures are based on the Rossett School site and are available for anyone aged 16 years and above. Learning for Pleasure courses are run without any form of examination or accreditation. The tutors delivering all these courses are united in their passion for imparting their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm, to ensure that you enjoy the learning experience. Other courses run in partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University do have accreditation.

Whether you sign up to improve your IT, numeracy and literacy skills or art skills, learn new skills such as bicycle maintenance, furniture restoration, or wine appreciation; or study a course leading to a qualification in languages, we guarantee an enjoyable experience - one you will never forget.

Leeds Metropolitan University Part-time languages at Rossett Extended Schools

FREE Language Taster Sessions in Russian, Japanese, Portuguese, Polish, Greek and Chinese

All classes will be held on Wednesday 23rd May, from 19:00 - 21:00 at Rossett School
