Just a reminder that our A level students’ work will be on display in the Courtyard Education Suite at Harewood House as part of the Red Kite Alliance Summer Design Exhibition. The exhibition is open to the public from Friday 20 July 2018 until 2 September 2018. Entrance to the Summer Exhibition is free to Harewood Card holders or is included with a Grounds and Below stairs ticket.
We are extremely proud of all our students’ pieces and would like to congratulate Dom Richardson whose Product design work was awarded Highly Commended.
Mentor of the Year (Secondary)
Congratulations to Miss Mann who has won the award for ‘Mentor of the Year (Secondary)’ from Leeds Trinity in recognition of the mentoring work she has completed with the student teachers from the university.
We are delighted that nineteen Rossett students successful passed their St John Ambulance CPR award and Defibrillator training last week, having been mentored by the Rossett First Aid Team and Ms Rogers.
The Princes Trust First Aid students have also passed their three-part course and the above qualifications.
The First Aid Department will be offering more first aid training and qualifications next year for all students who would like to learn some lifesaving skills.
